Palate
The firm and elegant tannins, characteristic of the Tannat variety, stand out, providing structure and persistence. The Merlot and Marselan bring softness and elegance to the blend, balancing the strength of the Tannat. Fruity flavors linger on the palate, accompanied by notes of cocoa and coffee, leading to a long and pleasant finish.
Appearance
It shows an intense dark red color with violet hues, reflecting its youth and vitality
Aging
Aged in concrete tanks and first and second-use oak barrels for 26 months.
Harvest
The grapes were hand-harvested in March 2018.
