Delicate and fruity aromas are perceived, with notes of white fruits like apple and pear, accompanied by subtle floral hints.

On the palate, this sparkling wine is dry and elegant, with a well-integrated acidity that brings freshness and vivacity. It has good structure and a medium body, with a creamy texture and a long, persistent finish.

It presents a pale straw-yellow color with golden reflections, and very fine, persistent bubbles that form a string in the glass.

AGING ON LEES: 24 months.

The grapes were hand-harvested for the base wine during the second week of January 2021, both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
