Growing Conditions

In the Sierras, at a textural level we find loam, sandy loam and gravel soils. Poorly fertile, with low organic material, predominantly old granite and low levels of white and gray quartz, with a high concentration of minerals.

Nose

On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as cherries and ciruelas stand out, as well as notes of oak wood and spices such as vanilla and a hint of odor.

Palate

In the mouth, it is a powerful and structured wine, with firm and balanced tannins, and a present but not invasive acidity. Flavors of ripe fruit and smoky and toasted touches coming from the barrel are noticeable. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant sensation in the mouth.
