It is crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise, with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle. Our bottles rest on hand-turned racks in our stone cellar, where they develop their fine bubbles and unique character. 

Méthode Champenoise Brut Nature

A 30% aged in French and American oak barrels for 24 months, followed by blending with the remaining 70% of the wine matured in concrete tanks, and completing its maturation with an additional 12 months.
In appearance, it shows a dark red color with violet hues and great intensity. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as cherries and plums stand out, as well as oak wood notes and spices like vanilla and clove. On the palate, it is a powerful and structured wine, with firm and balanced tannins, and a noticeable but not overpowering acidity. Ripe fruit flavors are perceived, along with smoky and toasted notes from the barrel aging. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant mouthfeel.
